Returns and Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in sellable condition within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are stained, misshapen or damaged in any way. This will not include postage costs which have already been incurred.

Fill up all the required details and failure to do so will result in a delay in your refund being processed.

Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return. If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 10 working days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle please e-mail us at customercare@momymoo.co.uk for further assistance.
